Areas of Pillerton Priors are collected on two different days.
On TUESDAYS Cadbold Close, Chapel Lane, Kiblers Lane, Kineton Road, Priory Bungalows, Priory Lane, Prospect Row and Walton Lane are collected.
On FRIDAYS Banbury Road, Findons Field, Homestalls Meadow and Sand Pits Farm Road are collected.
The system is based on 123+.
Your large Food Caddy is collected every week on your collection day.
Your Blue Lidded Recycling Bin is collected every two weeks.
Your Black Lidded Refuse Bin is collected every three weeks.
If you have subscribed to the service then your Green Lidded Garden Waste Bin is collected every two weeks.

Please ensure your bins are available from 6.00am on the morning of your collection.

The accommodation consists of 2 Halls - one suitable for large social occasions (including dancing), large meetings and badminton - and the other for the smaller social occasions and meetings. The halls can be hired either singly or together at very reasonable rates and there is an excellent kitchen. The Hall is most suitable for private bookings such as Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Christening Parties and Local Band practices or for more formal Organisation or Club Events. The large hall has the benefit of acoustic panels in the ceiling which reduces echo and makes the room ideally suited to public meetings and musical events.

Village Noticeboard
The Village Noticeboard is sited on the wall of the Old Post Office on Banbury Road by kind permission of the owners. If you would like to place a notice on the board please ensure it is no larger than A5 size (210mm x 148mm) to allow space for all. The Parish Council reserve the right to remove any notices.

Community Speed Monitoring
Local residents operate Community Speed Monitoring in the village in conjunction with the Shipston Safer Neighbourhood Team. Please help to make the village safer and observe the speed limit which is 30mph in the main village centre on both the A422 Stratford to Banbury road and the Priors to Kineton road. Red Horse Community First Responder Scheme
Ettington CFR Scheme (ECFRS) was launched in June 2009 and, since then, has responded to many emergency incidents at the request of WMAS. Community First Responders will be called by the ambulance service's control room to medical emergencies in their area to provide first-person-on-scene attendance whilst an ambulance is en route. They are vital in life-threatening situations, particularly in the case of a cardiac arrest, stroke and trauma when every minute counts. This year they have been renamed Red Horse Community First Responder Scheme. For more information please visit: www.redhorsecfr.org.uk
Parish Defibrillator
The Parish Council have worked with the Community First Responder Scheme to provide a defibrillator in the village. It is located on the wall of the White House, Kineton Road, Pillerton Priors (Near the junction with the Kineton Road and the A422 what3words ///somewhere.screening.segregate). In any emergency you must ring 999 to alert the emergency services. If the defibrillator is required the you will need to follow the instructions on the box to obtain the code to open the box. Once accessed the defibrillator will instruct you in the proper way to use it should you ever need to.
Pillerton Priors Housing Needs Survey
In February 2018 the Parish Council commissioned Warwickshire Rural Community Council to conduct a Housing Needs Survey on its behalf. Please follow this link to the pdf of the Housing Needs Report that the Parish Council, along with Stratford-on-Avon District Council, has adopted.
The Warwickshire Rural Community Council will be updating the survey in September 2024. Please complete your questionnaire. The new report will be available in due course.
